Children in Bolivia

We find the same drawing in several Latin-American countries like Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Peru and more. Our man on the field spotted another sign similar to the Peruvian specimen where the children run.
Let's hope that this congruity means an official change of thoughts about what to do with the country's children as expressed on this monument ostentatiously positioned at the border with Peru and stating

Lo que un dia fue nuestro, nuestro otra vez sera.
(What was ours once, one day will become ours again)
